Fireplace Surrounds

Fireplace Mantels from the Hyde Park Architectural Decorating Collection are available in a paintable White Gypsum, Limestone or Plaster Composite. White Gypsum Fireplace Mantels are hand-finished to create a smooth white surface and may be painted or faux finished. Limestone Mantels use a stone composite to replicate the warm color and texture of natural limestone and are treated with a clear finish sealer and do not require further finishing. Plaster Composite Fireplace Mantels have a marble texture are very durable and may be painted or faux finished. These mantels are lighter than traditional cast stone and are reinforced for strength and durability. Each is very easy to install, requiring only simple tools and limited skill. Each mantel surround is non-combustible in accordance with ASTM-136, thus no space is required between the mantel and the firebox.
